Viticulture:
This wine is made with the Verdejo grape variety in organic viticulture, from a controlled vineyard of 47 years (0,5 HA), located in the municipality of Rodilana (Valladolid). Altitude of 761 m.
The abundant spring rains have brought us back to more normal yields and harvest dates, erasing the memories of the "dramatic" 2017 vintage.
The excess water has required us to be more vigilant in the vineyard, applying treatments to prevent fungal diseases, but the favourable weather conditions during the harvest ensure that the wines.
produced this season will be of exceptional quality.The grapes' robust health and uniform ripening have yielded aromatic and balanced Verdejos with a highly appealing colour profile.
