Wine tasting:
The wine itself presents a radiant and shimmering pale-yellow hue. The aroma is fruity, particularly white-floral with some herbaceous notes typical of the varietal. There’s also a hint of smoked spice with subtle wood undertones.
On the palate, it is dry with a fresh acidity. It is a balanced wine with a long finish, multilayered and glyceric, evoking emotive experiences.

Reflecting on the climate of 2023, it marked the hottest year on record. Due to the abnormal temperatures, particularly in the latter part of the year, which were somewhat moderate, ranging between 18 and 19 degrees Celsius, our vines experienced proper ripening. Nevertheless, it resulted in a harvest of exceptionally high quality.
